The front desk staff helped me quickly. That was acceptable.

The food was a real letdown. I found almost no variety. chefs seemed unhappy, even throwing my noodle bowl at me without a smile! also, the shower facilities need serious updates. The water pressure was terrible.

the door to my room did not lock, and this posed a security concern. anyone could have entered the room while i was asleep. this aspect needs attention.
